It is good that you comsume all the M leave together, will make it easier to plan the work.

To facilitate the work, would like you to come out with a list of tasks to cover and draw a simple plan of how they may be covered and suggest the person to cover. e.g. whether we should get a temp in etc. We shall discuss early if we need to get external help.
