I felt shocked, bad and demoralised on the recent change from management. From this decision, probably the most affected one is my favorite boss (whom had been taking care of me for the past 2 years).
From the ORG Chart, it shows that her responsibilities 'shrink'. Wondered how she feel over the sudden decision by the management. Really Hope she is fine with this decision.
I feel that all the 'blacks' are conquering in the company. I can feel the strong political games they are playing.
It was not like that 2 years ago... Hai :(
