Disapointed on 23 July 2008

Hai~~, it was sad to miss the COE bidding on 23 July 2008. The car dealer psycho me to bid by putting another 3 k deposit. I dare not bid as there was no bank approval at that moment. Dare not take the risk, Dare not gamble. Hope I did not make the wrong choice...

LUNAR

First time in Lunar, very traditional, china (Shanghai) style. Long time never club, very tired the next day.. Is so tolerating. Have to force myself to wake up next morning for work. I'm now like a zombie, cannot concentrate in my work, only do things without using my brain cells.

Nevertheless, it was fun. Chill up with my Girl Friends and expanding my network of friends. Very excited over the Lycee Martini at first, but it was awfully and I gave all my free coupon to my Dear friend... It was so dry and so EEeee..

I 'm still in office... Now is 8.20 pm. I can't finish my new hire and contract renewal.

Tons of EP application, renewal... SAP Entry (no time to update) ... Salary adjustment...

Why so many changes in Aug... Haizzzz.. So many bossess in Office... Specially all the senior one...

Poly Gathering

I received 2 SMS from my poly friends for dinner gathering at Marina square. One from my Good Friend, another from my LES LES... Guess my ren yuan was quite good..

It was a bit disappointing as the gathering was only 6 ppl... perhaps it was a last minute arrangement and most of our friends can't make it.

We went to a restaurant with no queue in Marina Square, finally settled in 'Thai Express'


We ordered the 'Chef Recommendation' for Sharing.


The 'Less so busy' Friends that can make it for the Last Minute Gathering. :-)

After dinner, we decided to go for a cup of coffee, settled down at Pacific coffee.. My first try and it was free.. Have lots of laughter during the chit-chatting session. Poor Mr Nice guy and his very 'cold' joke that keep us entertained through the session. :-) We will definitely remember our very first treat of coffee from him.

Interview!!!

Surprised, excited, nervous feeling when I received this email from Adecco...


I was shortlisted for this position and was given a chance for a face to face interview in this company.



The recruiter give me this list to prepare for the interview, making me stress leh.. Wondered I can go through it or not.. I need help and module answers.. Can someone guide me??

Detailed over view of your knowledge and experience
Share with the interviewer your key achievements in your role (quote example)
The challenges faced and how you overcome them
Your key strengths and weakness (quote examples)
Share your passion for the role and why you are exploring with the company
Ask a few intelligent questions (either pertaining to the duties role or the expectation of the Hiring Manager etc) at the end of the interview session if there is opportunity.

6. Having long lunch hour.
7. Reach office at 9.30 am almost everyday.
8. Eat breakfast in office.
9. No big fat bonus in this company.
10. Chit-chatting with my colleagues.

Haha. Look like my life in my job is really slack and easy right? Need to work hard liao...

Comfortable Shoes

Is time for me to change a new pair of slippers. My Dear friend keep complaining how ugly my slipper is and I keep telling her is very comfortable.

Today, my slippers is spoilt while I ran to the receptionist to 'peep'... What a bad day!! Guess what? My managers are still interview for Joanne's replacement.. (Joanne left on 30 Jun 08) Really need to buy a nice and comfortable of slippers tonight.

Went to a Tattoo shop near Nee Soon Camp. It was the pay day of Kenny (Jenson cousin) and he invite us to acc him for his first 'virgin' Tattoo. Although was not me, but is still a scary experience.. heehee.. It was self torture experience for him. He keep scolding when he was in pain.. and we just keep on laughing..

The final output was nice and cheap... but Don't try cause is REAL PAIN!!
